The commission's responsibilities are established by statute and include citizen oversight of the planning and land development process as well as the review and approval of land development applications. The commission annually reviews the Town Plan and Capital Improvements Program and suggests modifications to the Town Council.

The Planning Commission meets in full session on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

Director Susan Berry-Hill, accepts e-mail on behalf of the Commission.
