A Place for the Kids
Childcare is available for patrons' children ages 3 months to 10 years. Children may stay a maximum of two hours per visit. Kids Corner features TV for movies and plenty of toys to entertain little ones. CWeeday and weekend childcare hours are available. More Info...
Fitness Orientations
New to the fitness center? Just ask any of our fitness attendants how to use the equipment and they will be happy to give you an overview on the proper use of our equipment. If you are looking for a more individualized program, we offer several personal training options.
Personal Training
Our expert fitness staff can provide you with a personalized fitness assessment, a tailored exercise program, and all of the information and encouragement you need to reach your fitness goals. Our nationally certified personal trainers offer individual, partner and group training sessions to members and non-members. Discounted rates are available with the purchase of multiple sessions. Trainers are available by appointment during all hours of operation. More info
Ida Lee also offers several group training programs throughout the year including Boot Camp, Women on Weights, and Strength Training for Teens. There is plenty here to keep you motivated throughout the year!
