(Ages 12 & up)

TriFIT allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of your exercise program, and compare your "Body Age" with your chronological age. To ensure accurate test results, no alcohol for 24 hours and no food or exercise 4 hours prior to your test. Drink plenty of water.
Cost per Session - $55.00

Using skinfold calipers, a certified personal trainer will determine your body composition, or the relative percentage of body weight that is fat and lean tissue. Body composition is often an indicator of health risks than body weight alone.
