Camp Scholarship Project
The Camp Scholarship Project (CSP) offers opportunities to youth ages 5-17 residing in low to moderate income households within the Town of Leesburg to attend camps of their choice within the Leesburg area. The CSP is funded in part by the Department of Housing and Urban Development Block Grant funds administered by the Loudoun County Department of Family Services. The CSP works to promote positive recreational experiences through camps that are diversified to include sports, music, nature, theater, and more.
