Non-Resident player fee: $4.00 per non-resident player, per visit in addition to applicable court fees must be paid upon entrance to the facility.
Multiple court reservations are limited to three courts maximum between the hours of 6:00am-9:00am and 12:00pm-4:-00 Monday through Friday. Only one court may be reserved at any other time.
Closures
The tennis facility will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. The facility will close at 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve and at 7:00 pm on New Year's Eve. Seasonal rates will be adjusted for these closings.

2008 Summer Season Indoor Tennis Reservations Court usage will be allocated using the following order of priority:
- Town of Leesburg Programs
- Resident Full Season (weekly, May 5 - August 31)
- Non-Resident Full Season (weekly, May 5 - August 31)
- Resident short season (minimum 12 consecutive weeks)
- Non-Resident short season (minimum 12 consecutive weeks)
- Resident Spot Time (7 day advance)
- Non-Resident Spot Time (3 day advance)
- Resident requests for complete season due by February 1
- Non-Resident complete season requests due by February 15.
- Resident short season requests due by March 1.
- Non-Resident short season requests due by March 15.
Should popularity outweigh availability, a lottery system will be utilized for each category following the identified order of priority.
Reservation request forms are available at the Ida Lee Tennis Center and online.
In order to increase fairness, all mail in, drop off, and faxed reservation requests will be randomly drawn from each reservation category.
PLEASE NOTE: Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or a check, made payable to the Town of Leesburg. No cash or partial payments will be accepted.
